This blog will generally be about my business, Tesserae Talent Strategies (TTS), and the world of Enterprise Content Mangement (ECM). Most people label me 'head hunter' or 'recruiter', but I believe TTS will come to be much more then simply a placement firm. The website will begin to spell that out more as we move forward.
In the mean time, I hope to start blogging to share the many insights that come from my conversations with candidates and clients.
It might also be worth commenting here that I have no experience blogging. Experimentation with collaboration and social networking tools has helped me realize the value of such efforts. So here we go.
